Important Realm Information – Update Privacy Settings by November 30
What is “Realm”?
Realm is the online church hub we’ve been using since 2015. Realm has helped us nurture relationships, organize ministries, and manage the administrative aspects of church life. Whether you’re joining a small group, checking your pledge, or updating your new cell number, Realm makes it easy to stay engaged in the life of our faith community. Among its many uses, it is of primary importance as an up-to-date directory of our Church.
How does it work?
Our staff creates profiles for everyone at St. Paul’s, but you get to personalize and maintain it. If you do not know how to access your profile,
contact the church office and we will get you set up.
Who’s in Realm?
You are! Every member of our parish has a unique profile—a digital extension of your place in our beloved community. Your profile helps fellow parishioners recognize you, connect over shared interests, join groups, or even send a friendly message.
Why does it matter?
We believe in the sacredness of our community. By providing your name, contact info, and a recent photo of yourself, you will help:
Our clergy and staff serve you better
Your neighbors in the pew to greet you by name (no more “Hey… you!” moments)
Yourself find new opportunities to connect with your parish family
What is changing?
Up until now, your profile information has been private, with only St. Paul’s staff having access to your information. Starting
November 30
, several key pieces of information about you will be visible to others in this parish with a Realm login, unless you opt out.
What information will be visible?
The only information other parishioners will be able to see is your
name, photo, phone number, email, and home address

Where do I update my info?
You can jump directly into Realm by scanning the QR code at the top of the page or by going to
https://onrealm.org/church4407
. You can also access Realm via an app on your phone or tablet. To download the app, go to the App Store and search for “Realm Connect”.
When should I do this?
As soon as possible! We are encouraging everyone to update their information by
November 30
, when the new privacy settings will take effect. Let’s all take a few minutes to refresh our profiles—because staying connected to one another is what the Body of Christ is all about.
